HOW OUR ORDERS WORK

All products in our store are made to order and printed specifically for you after your purchase is placed. Because of this, please allow time for both production and shipping when estimating your delivery date. We don't hold pre-made stock — every item is freshly printed just for you.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)

Production time
Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be printed and prepared for shipment. During peak seasons (holidays and major sales events), production may take up to 7 business days.

Shipping time
Once your order has been handed off to the carrier:

• Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
• Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available at checkout)
• Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (selected items only; includes production)

Total estimated time from order to delivery: 4–10 business days for standard shipping.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order. Rates vary by product and quantity.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Countries we ship to
We ship to most countries worldwide. If your country isn't available at checkout, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Production time
The same production time applies: please allow 2–5 business days (up to 7 during peak periods) before your order ships.

Estimated delivery times (after shipping)
• Canada: 5–10 business days
• United Kingdom & Europe: 7–14 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days
• Rest of World: 10–30 business days

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, and other factors outside our control.

Customs, duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country's government. Friends of the Blue is not responsible for these charges. They are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price of your order or shipping cost.

We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering if you have concerns about potential import fees.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your confirmation for tracking to become active.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your item arrives damaged, with a print defect, or is the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue
• A brief description of what happened

We'll arrange a free replacement or refund as appropriate.

LOST PACKAGES

If your tracking shows as delivered but you haven't received your order, please:
1. Check with neighbours or your building's front desk
2. Allow 2–3 business days in case of a delayed scan
3. Contact your local post office

If the package is still missing after these steps, reach out to us and we'll investigate with the carrier.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Because all products are made to order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please check sizing guides and product details carefully before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout
• Customs clearance delays for international orders
• Weather events or natural disasters
• Carrier delays outside our control
